If a person does not want a picture used it should not be available to just anyone....
I find these character pictures from such places as photobucket and gelbooru
If you happen to see a character picture and you know who it belongs to and you know that person would be pissed at how the picture is being used, feel free to contact me bitch me out and file a complaint and I'll make sure to get back to you.
If you use gelbooru and know about the anime series Naruto then you should reconize the pictures under Demon and Shapeshifter....
